Condolences to the family, so sorry to hear of your loss. Marg was an intelligent, resilient, strong person and I hope Maggie exhibits some of those characteristics. It is a great idea to suggest we contribute to her development.

Marg was an inspiration to me, I met her & Scottie when we were raising our first Guide Dog puppy Deakin in 2017. She inspired me to continue raising puppies to give other vision impaired people an independent life by having a Guide Dog. We are raising our 7th puppy now. Marg was truly an inspiration to me to live everyday to it's fullest. Thank you Marg. Xx

Heartfelt condolences to Marg's loved ones. I met Marg and Scottie in 2018 while puppy raising Zinny. Playgroup in the park, and coffee with Marg was a weekly highlight. We were inspired and grateful for Marg's friendship, insight and tips. Sharing the joy with Marg, when Zinny became a guide dog, is a fond memory. Little Maggy is so thoughtful, just like Marg.💐xo

We first Marg and Scottie nearly 8 years ago when we were puppy raising our Jordie. Marg and Scottie had a partnership that was an absolute joy to watch. Off harness we would be standing around chatting, Scottie would be way off in the distance but as soon as Marg said "Scottie come" bang - he was there in a flash, at her left side ready to work. That's what we were all aiming for with our puppy raising efforts. Marg was such an inspiration to me. Always a straight talker and such a formidable force with her can do attitude. She fought a valiant fight against a mongrel of a disease (as she described it to me). She will be missed terribly, but her legend will live on very strong. Rest peacefully dear Marg.

You can’t go wrong with a black labrador

If the puppy Maggy is anything like the Marg we all know and love, it may be a little hard to train, unconventional, but would bring so much joy and laughter to her handler.

I have so many beautiful and funny memories of my friend and colleague Marg. Thank you for organising this in her honour.

Such sad news. Always a friendly face at Myrtleford High School and in later years a very brief time at the same gym class. Special memories!

Marg was extraordinary at the many things that she did. The veggie garden that she grew at her parent’s place in Myrtleford was to be envied 😀. I still remember having my mind blown whilst watching her weed, only weeds were removed. I was lucky to meet Colette, who was such a beautiful dog, but no surprises as to why. May Maggy go onto a deserving person and let’s hope she has a little bit of Marg’s spirit in her xxx

What a loss to the world. I vividly remember the laughs we had playing social lawn bowls together in Myrtleford. Marg was as blunt as me at times and always called it as it was. I believe it was Collette at the time that used to accompany her. RIP Margie. 😘
