About the Trek
Join Guide Dogs Victoria CEO Nicky Long, Guide Dogs Victoria client Erin Goedhart and fellow supporters for an unforgettable four-day trek through Victoria’s beautiful Daylesford and Goldfields region.
From 16 - 19 March 2027, take on a four-day guided walking adventure through this spectacular part of Victoria.
You’ll walk alongside Nicky, Erin and a small group of Guide Dogs Victoria clients and supporters, challenging yourself while raising vital funds for people who are blind or have low vision.
Together, you’ll explore some of Victoria’s most beautiful landscapes, make lasting connections and help people who are blind or have low vision live with greater independence and confidence.

By 2030, 1 in 29 Australians will be living with blindness or low vision, and many will need our support.
At the same time the cost of turning soft little puppies into highly-trained Guide Dogs is also increasing. Breeding, raising, training, and matching the right Guide Dog takes two years and over $50,000.
